This ne'er-do-well was offering a 1/4 pound of bud for $375 around 5 PM on 3/24/2009 on the Route 1M bus as it was running East on Rutland.
Mark Ostertag has not even responded to the report.
CapMetro does not seem concerned.
As such, if you need bud ... look this bud up on the 1M.
